The new PEUGEOT 301’s in-car connectivity features are centred around the large 7” touch screen (1). Fast and precise with its capacitive technology, this screen displays information from the rear-view camera and the connected TomTom 3D navigation system (1) . It also duplicates the contents of your MirrorLink^® (2), Android Auto^® or Apple CarplayTM (3) compatible smartphone thanks to the Mirror Screen Triple Play (4) connectivity, the first of its kind in this market segment.

On board the PEUGEOT 301 executive car, the driver and four passengers can sit back and relax in the comfortable and luxurious passenger compartment. The boot, one of the largest in the market segment, can be increased from 506 dm³ (VDA 210) to 1,332 dm³ in one simple movement thanks to the rear seating, split in a 1/3 – 2/3 configuration.

TECHNOLOGY

The new PEUGEOT 301 is designed to meet drivers’ expectations, even in the most challenging driving conditions. Worn roads, hot or cold climates, humidity… the new PEUGEOT 301 saloon makes sure you and your passengers are always safe.

The new PEUGEOT 301 executive car guarantees a high level of safety, even on the standard model. It comes with ABS, ESP, emergency brake assist and low tyre pressure detection. The vehicle can be equipped with up to 4 airbags (front and side)* and rear passengers are strapped in with 3-point seat belts*. The rear seats are equipped with IsoFix* attachments for children.

EAT6 automatic gearbox

The 1.6L VTi 115hp petrol engine* can be combined with a 6-speed automatic gearbox*.
This new gearbox, designed and developed in collaboration with Aisin, is called EAT6* (for Efficient Automatic Transmission 6-speed). Its Quickshift technology delivers high-level driving pleasure and performance through fast, fluid gear changes. It also achieves record CO₂ emissions due to reduced internal friction and the use of lock-up clutch converters to prevent slippage.
Emissions are based on combined combustion of 154g CO₂/km with the 6-speed EAT6 automatic gearbox*.
